So glad! Just got the message that the subsidy we applied for will be granted! It means financial benefit for the hours we spend on research and development for the LED's Move! The aim of the subsidy is to stimulate the knowledge based economy in 'The Netherlands Ltd'. In our case it is about technical innovation. Consequence is that Kosmo and Matthias have a lot to do, learn, research and develop. Fortunately that makes them happy! [ … ]

Zo blij! Zojuist bericht gekregen dat de subsidie die we hadden aangevraagd wordt toegekend! Dat betekent financieel voordeel voor de uren die wij besteden aan het "speur- en ontwikkelwerk" (ja, zo heet dat echt : )) voor de LED's Move! Het uitgangspunt voor het toekennen van de subsidie is dat de kenniseconomie van de 'Nederland B.V.' gestimuleerd wordt. In ons geval gaat het om technische vernieuwing. Consequentie is wel dat Kosmo en Matthias aan de bak moeten, veel moeten leren, speuren en ontwikkelen. Gelukkig worden ze daar gelukkig van! [ … ]

Martyn de Jong conducted research on the question: "in which way can an implementation help to reduce the bustle at the blood test posts, and improve the process for patients?" He described the biography of his prototype Lab+, that aims to reduce this bustle. He asked Kosmo to give his input as digital interaction design expert, which of course he did with pleasure. The conclusion of the research is a.o. that is is possible indeed to develop such an app. Certainly in these corona-times it would be good if we can prevent many vulnarable people [ … ]

Martyn de Jong onderzocht de vraag: "op welke wijze kan een implementatie helpen om de drukte bij bloedprikposten te beperken en het proces van patiënten te verbeteren?" Hij beschreef de biografie van zijn prototype Lab+, dat beoogt deze drukte te beperken. Hij vroeg Kosmo zijn input te geven als digital interaction design expert wat hij natuurlijk met plezier deed. De conclusie van het onderzoek is o.a. dat het inderdaad mogelijk is zo'n implementatie (app) te ontwikkelen. Zeker in deze coronatijden is het fijn als je kunt voorkomen dat veel kwetsbare mensen op elkaars lip in [ … ]

We are going to produce... There is interest for the former 'led curtain', so we want to make it available for many more people. Some time ago the Bartimeus Foundation gave us a 'curtain' with led lights on it. The idea was that games would run on it, that one could play by standing in front of it and use your body.
